Summary of the project

The Sóvidék Guesthouse & Pension is a family-friendly small accommodation located in the village of Parajd, ideal for groups of 8-10-12 friends or family members who wish to enjoy the rural tranquility and the unique features of the region. The hospitable hosts of the guesthouse ensure that both children and adults feel comfortable in the green surroundings, which include various amenities such as a playground, barbecue area, pergolas, and Szekler hot tub. Planned developments of the business include the creation of thematic tours and programs, involvement in handicraft workshops, exploration of gastronomic experiences, provision of sports and leisure activities, as well as participation in cultural events and experiences, and offering wellness and relaxation opportunities. These developments aim to make the accommodation even more attractive for families and smaller groups of friends. In addition to introducing new programs and developments, the business will also enhance its digital, green, and soft/social competencies. As a result, guests will find it easier to book programs online, and the operation will become more environmentally friendly. Furthermore, staff training and strengthening collaboration with the local community will play an important role in the development and advancement of the business. Through these planned measures, the Sóvidék Guesthouse & Pension can achieve higher guest satisfaction, increase its revenue, and become more competitive in the tourism market.
