Our travel agency organizes domestic and foreign trips for groups and companies. Also pilgrimages, individual holidays, air tickets, accomodation bookings. Our mission is to exceed our customers expectations! We offer honest opinions on travel packages and hotels, accurate and realistic information, and tailor-made offers. Based on experience and feedback, we aim to guide our clients to the best choice. Furthermore, we create tailor-made itineraries with the help of qualified and experienced guides. For us it is important to have a mutual experience of success! Our company is driven by a vision of modernizing the business, embracing digital solutions, and improving overall productivity. Additionally, we are motivated by a customer-centric approach, aiming to enhance the overall experience for clients through user-friendly and efficient online interactions. We will create a new website as a digitalization process. which will help us to offer seamless and personalized travel services, by aiming to leverage digital solutions to streamline processes, improve customer interactions, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving industry, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our travel business. The project help us to progress and develop in: - Digital marketing and promotion - online presence: strengthen the online presence through an updated website, social media engagement, and digital marketing strategies. - Soft/Social Actions: - Customer engagement: foster meaningful connections with customers through social media, feedback mechanisms, and community engagement. - Employee well-being: implement programs that prioritize employee well-being, mental health, and work-life balance. - Increasing staff knowledge through training during the project
