Summary of the project

The project dedicated to Villa San Liberale includes many actions, covering the digital, green/sustainable, and soft/social fields. The company is strongly focused on issues of sustainability, energy efficiency and digitization of processes, and strongly linked to the local community as well. The project aims to have a positive impact on the considerable opportunity for development, with a major focus on the involvement of the local community, the implementation of the short supply chain and even more sustainable management of the company, which in any case is already at an excellent level on this point. An area totally to be developed is the company's presence on social networks. The current profiles are almost unused and do not reach the levels of potential engagement. Significant opportunities for growth of the entire company in the foreign market are also identified, with particular reference to the market of bicycle tourism. The first goal will be to offer proposals capable of extending the average guest's stay: currently the Villa is chosen by leisure travelers, who stay one or two nights at most. It is also intended to reach other types of guests, aiming at a very conscious and sustainability-conscious target. Interaction with visitors from other cultural backgrounds and the development of proposals dedicated to inclusive tourism hold another priority area to be focused on.
