Summary of the project

The project undertaken by ODEX D.O.O. – WILD MONTENEGRO TRAVEL AGENCY, in partnership with Euracademy Association and funded under the EuroCluster Rural Tourism initiative, aims to innovate and enhance our service offerings to promote sustainable, digital, and socio-culturally enriched tourism in Montenegro. The agency is committed to elevating the travel experience by integrating advanced digital solutions, pursuing sustainability certifications, and offering immersive cultural experiences. With the support of the COSME program, the project focuses on 3 key areas: 1. Digital Enhancement: A complete website overhaul to offer a user-friendly, mobile-optimized interface with integrated online payment capabilities, facilitating seamless and secure client transactions. 2. Sustainability Commitment: Aligning operations with Travelife for Tour Operators to embed sustainable practices across their services, aiming for the Travelife Partner Award. This initiative underscores our dedication to environmental stewardship and social responsibility. 3. Cultural Engagement: Introducing unique experiences like "From Cow to Kajmak," where guests engage with Montenegro's rural traditions, supporting local communities while preserving regional heritage. This approach ensures tours offer authentic, beyond-the-surface encounters with the local culture. The project strategy encompasses website reconstruction for enhanced digital presence, adoption of sustainable practices for environmental and community benefits, and creation of cultural engagement experiences for tourists. Each step is supported by a detailed plan involving expert consultation, staff training, and market strategy development. This comprehensive approach aims not only to transform the digital presence of ODEX D.O.O. - WILD MONTENEGRO TRAVEL AGENCY but also to holistically enhance the quality and sustainability of our tourism services and create a pilot tour visiting local rural households with guests to showcase dairy production on their farms, adjusting the offer based on guest feedback.
