Summary of the project

The project focuses on creating a compelling program package by studying travel habits and identifying the necessary programs and services for the area, both in pre- and post-season. The planned elements include incorporating local gastronomic elements, featuring special attractions, offering walking and cycling tours, providing guided geo-tours and architectural explorations, and creating experiential programs like wine tasting and bread baking. To enhance the company's operation and sell the program package, digital development is crucial. This involves the digitization of SME processes, including training on the use of Google Calendar and the development of a digital system for guest communication. Digital marketing and promotion strategies encompass training on Facebook and Instagram, content calendar creation, website development with SEO settings, professional photography, and visibility on platforms like the FATOSZ catalog and website. Marketing intelligence and data analysis play a vital role, with a focus on analyzing travel habits to define the target clientele. The project also delves into green and sustainable development, aiming to obtain the National Trademark and incorporating sustainable management practices through consultation. In the gastronomy and food domain, the project emphasizes integrating local products into the program package, supporting local supply chains, and providing unique gastronomic experiences such as wine tasting. The soft/social development aspect concentrates on generating experiences for visitors, including wine tasting or other gastronomic experiences as part of the program package. The project also highlights the importance of integration with the local community, advocating for membership in a local cooperative and support structure.
