Summary of the project

Art Mlýn, an old water mill originally intended as an artistic atelier and gallery, has evolved over the years to offer accommodation in two small artistic apartments, alongside a local museum located within the mill premises. Owners' main motivation is to expand the mill's offerings with related services and connect them with local producers, while also enhancing visibility through digital promotion. A new communication strategy is needed, and they seek assistance from advisors to develop it. The project aims to implement new products and services, including: Special accommodation packages connected with the local Art Mlýn museum and artistic courses. Integration of local production and services from the community. Digital promotion of other tourist services in the microregion. Digitization efforts will focus on: Automating guest registration processes. Developing a new website for modern and user-friendly communication. Utilizing global tourist platforms for promotion. Implementing data-driven marketing strategies. Promoting local gastronomy and small producers. Creating unique artistic experiences for visitors. Enhanced customer experience through improved booking systems and personalized services. Increased revenue from a stabilized guest count, extended season, and diversified offerings. Operational cost savings through efficiency improvements. Brand building as an exclusive artistic destination with green standards.
